Orders sent via mail can be paid by credit card, cashier’s check or money order as well. Please keep in mind that orders are processed within 2 working days and shipment from our lab usually takes place within 1-4 working days. You should recieve an email providing shipping information upon shipment of the package. Shipments are mailed out using Fedex – Next Business Day Service to ensure prompt delivery and your satisfaction.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase here at Urban City Architecture Photo Prints. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your item within 30 days and we will refund the cost of any items purchased. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
We do not accept returns for damaged items. If a product was damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace the item for free.
For custom orders, we do not accept returns. All custom order sales are final.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We want to ensure that you find everything you are looking for while shopping at Urban City Architecture Photo Prints. That is why we offer custom orders for those who cannot find exactly what they are looking for at our online store. If you want a different frame combination, a different size not provided, or anything else we can help you with — please let us know to see if we can be of assistance.
Custom orders will be billed on an individual basis and will be marked as such. Please keep in mind that for custom orders, we do not accept returns. All custom order sales are final.
Urban City Architecture Photography Prints takes your business and satisfaction very seriously. After being processed, most of our orders ship within 2-3 business days through Fedex Next Business Day (1 day business). This means you can get your order in as little as 3 business days in the United States or Canada.
It is important to keep in mind that these prints are individually printed and framed as they are ordered — in some instances shipping might be delayed due to a shortage of materials. If there are any delays expected in the shipment, you will be immediately notified via email by Urban City Architecture Photography Prints. If an unforeseen delay causes you any inconvenience, the order can be cancelled at any time and all money charged (if applicable) will be returned immediately.
In any case, you should receive an email from us as soon as you place an order and again once your order has shipped (tracking number will be provided). If you have not recieved an email, or have any questions, please feel free to contact customer support at service@urbancityarch.com.
If you have ordered a personally signed print or a custom order, please add 3-7 days to your order’s expected delivery date.

Shipping charges are based on a flat fee regardless of the number or size of prints ordered. All packages ship out via Fedex Next Business Day (1 day business) to ensure prompt delivery and satisfaction.
- Zone A – Shipments anywhere in the United States are a flat $11.75 per order.
- Zone B – Shipments to Canada are a flat $35.00 per order.
Urban City Architecture Photo Prints offers high quality photographs of many sizes and aspect ratio’s. Please visit individual product listing to determine availability of a specific product in a certain size. Every image has been composed to the appropriate aspect ratio to ensure a beautiful print, so every image is not available in every size. Regardless, if you do no see a print in a size you desire, please contact costumer support for a custom order. The following is a list of the images sizes and corresponding aspect ratio’s of the images we sell. Dimensions as shown are for the image prints only. We have a wide variety of sizes and styles of high quality frames available and Urban City Architecture Photo Prints. All our frames are individually hand assembled by a framing professional. We use only the highest quality materials to ensure satisfaction and durability. All framed images are mounted on a single or double weight mat-board before being manually assembled. We use only high quality non-glare clear glass with our framed images.
We offer two color choices, black and white, for mat boards with our frames. All mat boards are 2″ in width adding a total of 4″ to the width and hieght of the framed image. For example, an 8×10″ print that is framed and has a mat will end up being 12×14″ plus the width of the frame.
Sleek Black Metal Frame
Our most popular frame is a simple matte black metal. It accents virtually any photo with a clean crisp line of black.
Sleek Silver Metal Frame
Same as our sleek black frame, this satin silver metal frame gives you today’s look to blend with pewter and nickel accents in your home without overwhelming the image.
Black Wooden Flat
This is the one you want for today’s modern interiors. Nearly 2″ wide, this flat, squared, and true black frame adds up to the most contemporary look.
Gold Curved
Big and Bold describes this 2 1/2″ slightly rounded moulding. Choose from gold or silver. Both are highlighted with black streaks.
