Shipping charges are based on a flat fee regardless of the number or size of prints ordered.  All packages ship out via Fedex Next Business Day (1 day business) to ensure prompt delivery and satisfaction.

• Zone A – Shipments anywhere in the continental United States are a flat $11.75 per order.
• Zone B – Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are a flat $15.75 per order.
• Zone B – Shipments to Canada are a flat $35.00 per order.
• Zone C – Shipments to Europe are a flat $50.00 per order.

SHIPPING POLICY

Urban City Architecture Photography Prints takes your business and satisfaction very seriously.  After being processed, most of our orders ship within 2-3 business days through Fedex Next Business Day (1 day business).   This means you can get your order in as little as 3 business days in the United States or Canada.   

It is important to keep in mind that these prints are individually printed and framed as they are ordered — in some instances shipping might be delayed due to a shortage of materials.  If there are any delays expected in the shipment, you will be immediately notified via email by Urban City Architecture  Photography Prints.  If an unforeseen delay causes you any inconvenience, the order can be cancelled at any time and all money charged (if applicable) will be returned immediately. 

In any case, you should receive an email from us as soon as you place an order and again once your order has shipped (tracking number will be provided).  If you have not recieved an email, please contact customer support at service@urbancityarch.com. 

If you have ordered a personally signed print or a custom order, please add 3-7 days to your order’s expected delivery date.
